The rules for the non-profit association Butterflies are written in Danish, but the parts relevant to members are presented here in English.
The non-profit association Butterflies is located in Copenhagen the capital of Denmark. The organisation is based on a majority of democratically elected board members. The chairman, second chairman and treasurer are elected by the members once a year in April and the ordinary board members are selected from the group of employees and volunteers to represent all the online community groups in the association, to make sure the board members always have up to date information on the daily work with the members.
Any member can be elected to work as a board member, only the chairman, second chairman and treasurer must have a clean criminal record, as they control the fonds donated to the association.
