All activities and services are planned to allow for both on-site and remote participants to take part in Denmark, Greenland and the Faroe Islands. Online communities with more members get more mentor time than smaller groups, but it only takes two people with a shared interest to start a new online community.
Mentor activities are normally planned Monday to Thursday any time from 14:00-21:00 Danish time, depending on when the team and their mentor are available. Normally online communities meetup for 2 hours from 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00 or 19:00-21:00. Personal coaching is often between 14:00-16:00, but its really up to the coach and the member to find a good time to meet.
Any presentations from the online community groups are planned from 19:00-20:00 with social hangout afterwards, to allow most people to participate from other communities.
The members work together in peer-to-peer online communities, were they meet at least once per week or as often as the group decides for the group to succeed with their current goals.

Every two weeks the study groups demo their work to their mentor or give a public online presentation of their work. The community event manager sometimes invites external guest speakers for these biweekly events, to talk on topics of general interest to members.
