Apply for an interview

Please contact our coach or mentor if you are interested in joining the Butterflies online community, they will then schedule an interview over a video conference call. The purpose of the interview is to understand your needs and if working together in Butterlies communities using peer-to-peer learning will help you become the best IT-professional within your topic of interest.

After the interview, if we think we have the right online community and mentor to help you reach your goals, we will invite you to become a member of the Butterflies community. When you are invited to join Butterflies you will then sign a code of conduct and work agreement to use 10 hours per week learning with your peers and meet at least 2 hours per week.

If you are invited to join Butterflies online communities, we create a user for this website, where you sign a work agreement, code of conduct and grant other members and mentors access rights to your personal information, that are needed for peer-to-peer learning in online communities.

Participate in social activities

Please contact our manager if you are interested in starting a butterflies community, where you can meet with people in your local area or need help hosting hybrid online events.

Our manager plans events, courses and presentations to support the community of study groups, this includes social and healthy life style activities, that will help our members succeed and thrive in their future jobs as IT professionals.

All volunteer board members, coaches and mentors are covered by the non-profits insurance and get an employment contract, if you have questions in relation to this, that are not answered under them menu “Become a mentor”, then please write Steen Garde for legal advice.
