Active online communities
Butterflies online communities use peer-to-peer learning with an experienced mentor, where you meet 2 hours online once a week and learn with 3-5 people, who share your and the mentors interest in some computer science topic. During the week you are expected to work at least 8 hours independently or with your peers on the tasks that support your individual learning goals.
You will learn to ask the right questions about pros and cons for any solution. You will learn the tools of the trade and how to work professionally in a team, making you ready to solve problems independently.
If you cant find an active online community that you want to contribute to, while learning professional IT-skills, then propose a new learning community and we can try to find the right mentor.
